The format of an international conference has been chosen for this year’s meeting of the Forum. The main theme of the conference is: The effective way of financing of further professional training (FFPT) as a basic precondition for the competitiveness of employees, companies and whole national economies.

The conference held under the auspices of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic will focus on recent experience in financing further professional training in the European countries and overseas. It will enable the discussion on identifying appropriate financial sources and their effective use for the development of people who already left the schooling system, who need to improve and update their knowledge, skills and competencies in order to perform high quality work.
