Objective

The objectives of the conference are

  1. to justify the benefits of forecasting needs at the national and regional labour market and its links with the initial and continuing vocational education and training
  2. to present information on successful methods of forecasting labour market needs and their results in various countries
  3. to enable the experience exchange among experts who try to put down the discrepancies between supply and demand at the labour market and to harmonize the vocational education and training with the labour market needs
